The City of Saskatoon is the process of completing a two-week fall street sweep to remove excess debris from the streets in neighbourhoods with heavy tree canopies, including Caswell Hill. The sweep helps to improve drainage on the streets, minimizing the risk of flooding when the snow melts in the spring.
